Below are pictures of the full range of latex colours that Rubber55 currently uses and can offer to our customers. All of the pictures taken are of actual garments made. So there is no digital picture enhancement of colours. Each colour has been photographed when shined up to show the latex at its best.
It is quite a well known fact that there are two main manufacturers of quality latex sheeting here in the UK. This is of course great for us manufacturers as it gives our customers a massive choice range of colours. We use what we feel are the best of the colours offered by each supplier.
We use five different types of colour. These are Standard, Metallic, Vibrant, Electric and Semi-transparent. We do offer some of these colours in our moulded range of gloves but colours may vary from the sheet latex.
Latex Thickness Information
Rubber55 clothing and accessories are made from several main thicknesses of latex, these are as follows:-
.20mm / .25mm (light) - great used for semi-transparent colours. Forms to the body really well – truly a second skin!
.33mm / .40mm (medium) – standard thickness used for the majority of clothing. Tighter fitting and great to wear all day.
.45mm / .50mm (heavy) – strong wearing with a more restrictive feel. Standard items made from .45mm are a must for the heavy rubberist!
.65mm / .70mm - used for accessories, such as gags as well as custom garments for the ultimate heavy rubber experience.
.80mm to 1.05 - The heaviest rubber gauge is used for corsets, belts etc. Some garments are layered upto 3.0mm e.g Corsets
